The Tennis Shoes made just for me!

Here´s another little miracle that happened recently that reminds me of the article I read about a special lamp.

The other day I went shopping with my daughter in law and my grandchildren because I needed to buy some new tennis shoes for myself.

It just happens that my large toes curl a bit, which usually ends up making holes in the fabric of my tennis shoes.

This has happened to me too many times already, so I really needed to find shoes that had some kind of shield in that area to prevent the holes.

I looked up and down the aisles several times, looked on all the shelves, tried on a few pairs, but nothing seemed to fit or to feel right in that type of shoe.

Before going out shopping, I had been asking the Lord to help me find the right shoes, but it seemed like nothing was happening.  Finally, when it was about time to go home, I told the Lord half-seriously and half-jokingly, that I knew I wasn´t so special, but that if it was possible for Him to place there a “specially made” pair for me, it would be great.

I sat down next to one of the kids to tie my shoes and was getting ready to go -as I couldn´t find what I wanted- when suddenly Ally came up with a shoe box. The shoes were my exact size, a really nice style, very comfortable and they even were on sale… But the most amazing thing is that those shoes were fashioned with just a little patch/shield right where my big toe goes!! Ha, ha, I had never seen a shoe made like that before…

With a protective patch exactly on the spot where I usually make holes in my shoes!  And I really don´t know how Ally found them, as I thought I had looked everywhere possible!

I just laughed and thanked the Lord for answering my prayer. And of course, I bought them!

They look great on me and are super comfortable! I know this pair will last me much longer!

Those little miracles that God does for us are what makes us feel so loved and special! I am so grateful to have a Father in Heaven that takes such good care of me!
